Parrot ANAFI Thermal Drone
> Ideal for pinpointing heat loss / water in roof surveys
> Crystal clear imaging
> UHD 4K / HD 1080p video
> 21mp still images
Whilst Man with a Drone primarily uses the Parrot ANAFI Thermal to provide in depth roof surveys, this versatile drone canalso be used in other applications such as energy monitoring, rescue service, and industrial applications that demand the need for temperature monitoring features without endangering human lives.
The Parrot ANAFI Thermal possesses the very best from the world of imaging using a 4K HDR camera with 21MP Sony sensor. You can accurately inspect a building, capture illustrative elements of the state of a structure or a search area for example, or carry out 3D modelling. Parrot ANAFI Thermal’s gimbal tilts vertically to +/-90°. Stabilised on three axes, the optical unit of ANAFI Thermal combines an infra-red sensor to the electro-optics, making it possible to identify temperatures between -10° and +400°.
Thanks to the FLIR Lepton 3.5 module, it is possible to set the absolute temperature of each pixel. This means that in a normal roof survey it is easier to spot areas of concern – for example heat loss or water leaks. These areas of interest can then be isolated for the client.
The Parrot ANAFI Thermal has two cameras – and so either standard images or thermal images / videos can be recorded. These can then be collated in order to give the client the accurate picture.
With digital zoom capabilities (lossless up to 2.8x) the drone does not need to fly close to the roof to get the best results – meaning that safety is maintained.
As the Parrot ANAFI Thermal weighs less than 500g it can be flown by Man with a Drone under the A2CofC (A2 Certificate of Competency, from 31/12/20) – in the subcategory A1 of the Open Category – which means it can be flown closer but not over uninvolved people. Operations in congested areas are therefore much easier.
